Pros: Blade Material
Cons: None
Must have EDC
Very light, opens quick, keeps sharp edge. Love how fits so neat in pocket, not bulky or heavy. When pulled out it can quickly deploy. Pocket clip keeps its very secure.

Not sure about the other reviewers but I have had no issue with the lock and safety it works flawlessly. The knife comes out so fast you need to keep a good grip on it..it actually has a slight recoil..and definitely use 2 hands closing it for safety. The clip is just right and the fit and finish is beautiful.. The blade came razor sharp. A bit on the expensive side but well worth the money.

A few issues that a knife in this price range shouldn't have.
I have a couple of Benchmade knives and I'm not sure why they decided they needed to change the clip for this one. It's so tight that I will need to attempt to bend it before it's even usable. Obviously the last thing one wants to do with a high end knife is immediately have to alter it, it should be usable right out of the box. The blade lock is also not perfect. If you engage the lock and then press the button you will not be able to disengage the lock without pressing the blade back in. Possibly locking up the blade when you may need it the most. For those reasons at this price range I can only give it 3 stars. I like the knife overall and will keep it but having owned lower end Benchmade knives I expected much more. I think I might like my barrage better at $100 less. The next time I decide to spend $200+ on a pocket knife it will probably not be a Benchmade.

Pros: Blade Material
Cons: Lock Type
Meh
Love the 940. Love autos. Don't love the 9400. Using the secondary lock is an absolute safety requirement as this knife did go off in my pocket. Yet when the lock is engaged and you do actuate the knife it requires you to push the blade fully closed again before you can disengage the lock. These issues totally eliminate the appeal of having a fast auto knife.
