Great EDC/gentlemans folder
A great looking knife in the pics, and one that does not disappoint in any way when you have it in the hand. It even has a serial number on the blade. Great fit and finish (made in Taiwan), and the blade is so smooth it flies open without even needing a wrist flick. Grind was functionally perfect and paper slicing sharp. For around a hundred US$, you get what is effectively an authorized Charles Marlowe Bulldog factory production knife (not a homage or replica) - what's not to like!!! It's great for EDC - in most ways it's really a slightly modern gentlemans folder. It's not an issue to me (and the specs are upfront about it) - this is not a light knife. But with that you get a nice thick spined blade.
