Bullet Proof and Just Plain "cool"

I have to say that I bought this knife on a whim, because it looked "cool". Man am I glad I did. This knife is a piece of art as well as a useful, functional tool. I have a lot of knives and a 12 year old daughter. I want for her to get use to handling them comfortably. She wont touch any of them, except for this one (she likes it because it's "cute"). Every time I look for it, it is gone, but I know where it is!! Love everything about this knife. Strong, razor sharp, "cute". Will buy 3 more for Christmas presents!

outstanding

the quality of this little knife is outstanding. wish boker could match this quality with their products that cost four times as much. need to pinch the blade to open but other than that, the knife is perfect.

Not Disappointed

I bought this knife as a additional to my EDC selection. So far I am very pleased this little knife. For a small knife the blade is thick and very solid.

Funky and FUN

This is a great, tough little EDC knife. Size- wize, It fits perfectly in the "pocket inside the pocket" of most jeans. The fit and finish, especially at the price point, is fantastic. The handle looks and feels incredible, and the two-tone blade finish is stunning. The green on the handle appears slightly darker in hand than in the pics, but it is really cool looking. Lockup is ultra solid, with no up-down or side to side play even under hard use. Blade arrives very sharp, and Boker's heat treat seems very good; edge retention in my example has been great so far, comparable to many more exotic steels on other knives I use. The ergonomics are great, lending themselves perfectly to a "thumb on top" grip. Deployment is not easily achieved by "flicking," you have to ride the blade all the way out, but the action is smooth. Despite its small size, I've found it to be an excellent cutter, even of tough chores like climbing rope. However, the blade is VERY broad for its length, and the point is not very acute; I've found this makes it somewhat less efficient in food preparation tasks such as peeling and slicing. The only downside is the weight; for its size, the knife is quite heavy, however in return for this weight you get a knife that feels very, very solid; I carried this on a week long camping and climbing expedition where it received use that would normally be expected of a far larger design, and it handled all tasks admirably. If you want a bombproof, small little folder that looks different than what most other people have in their pocket and doesn't cost too much, this is a must have!

Stout mini

This is a very stout little folder. The handle shape & material mate for a secure grip. For the price point, this is a great value; solid frame mount and a really nice pocket clip. Isn't a high-end premium steel, but seems to be made better than some of my folders that were 3-4x more expensive.

Boker Nano

I received the Boker Nano by mail, I really liked it. "I" owned it for a few hours, until my wife came home and saw it. It is her's now:( She loves it for an EDC. I guess I have to order another for me, hoping I see it in Orange scales. Also would love to have one like it but bigger.

Zombie Killer?

This was to be a secondary EDC, it is comfortable to hold, both closed and open, good edge (not great) but a bit hard to open and close. As far as a zombie I think I would go with a large fixed blade, but I do like this knife for little tasks.

Nice & Solid EDC

This is a nice and solid small knife with a thick blade, but it's a bit heavy for it's size. And to open it with one hand, I had to loosen the blade a little.

Isn't this knife pretty!

This is a very pretty knife. Boker always seems to do a good job in that respect. The ONLY problem I have had with mine is that it is almost impossible to open one handed. The little detent and ball that keep it from falling open is just a little too strong so my poor weak hand needs TWO fingers to open it. But once it is open I can USUALLY get it closed one handed. I've only cut myself a couple of times opening or closing this little guy.

Cute little.. Tank!

Firstly I should say - I bought Boker Plus Nano only because of its (awesome!) look. This is a real eye-candy and I was not expecting too much from it as a cutting tool. But.. after few weeks I see it as a very nice small EDC knife (or second EDC in addition to something bigger). It feels really good in hand - I keep it usually with 3-4 fingers. Handle material is a bit slippery but the “Anzo” (toxic) texture makes grip very secure for such small knife. Nevertheless I wish it was G-10 there. Probably I will make a custom G-10 scale later. Nano was sharp as hell from the box - smoothly shaved my forearm. It is built like a cute little tank :) - there is no even small blade play in any direction. It locks securely with cool lock sound. Nano is heavy for its size - so you will feel it in light pants pocket. The only drawback was a clip. When it came to me the clip was not hardened at all - so it was soft and totally unusable. But I wrote to Terry from Boker - he knows about this issue ( http://goo.gl/tQosb ) and he instantly sent me a good one. Actually almost good one - holes for screws were too tight (it could be easily fixed with drill or dremel). Concluding - despite this (already solved) clip issue I love this little knife and totally recommend it - a lot of charisma for the very reasonable price.

Nice knife

This is a very nice knife. I think it went on backorder as soon as I ordered it so it took a while to get, but I really like it!

Pros: Blade Sharpness
Cons: Handle Material, Pocket Clip, Lock Type
i rate it a 3 but consider it a good knife, but with room for improvement. it feels good in my hand and has good ergonomics. the blade sharpnes is exceptional as you know. the handle color of green sux. i took the handle off and painted it with aluma-hyde black epoxy spray used by gunsmiths and it now looks great. the lock is strong and solid. you can, with practice, open and close the knife with one hand. however, there is a bump in the closure that makes it tricky. the pocket clips are good and strong but the screws come loose. you need a torx wrench to tighten them. i got one from a knife supply co. and used some supper glue and that solved the problem.
