Small but handy knife

This is a small 3 finger knife, but the ergonomics are perfect as all Vox knives tend to be. Mine came plenty sharp and I loved the kydex sheath. It's handy to use just the main cover and carry loose in the pocket, but the smaller belt clip offers a lot of carry options. It also has great retention. I've been using it around the house for cutting up food and breaking down boxes and can't put it down! This will definitely be a backup camp knife next season, might even pick up another.

Amazing Deal!

This is a great little fixed blade. It was exactly what I needed for small game prep. After receiving the knife, I ordered 3 more to give as gifts.

Great little knife, Kydex is horrible

This is a great little knife from Jasper Voxnaes. I would really like to see one in a better steel than D2 (Magnacut?), but it's fine for an inexpensive knife. Lowish review is for the the sheath; I ordered two of them, and the kydex sheath is useless on both of them. Absolutely no retention whatsoever... just falls out. Luckily, both Armatus (kydex) and Oak City Leather (leather) have patterns for this knife, so quality aftermarket sheathes are able to be found. I have medium hands, and the handle gives me a very decent three-finger grip. Jimping is of typical pattern if you have a Giantmouse... small jimping, providing good friction with no discomfort. I haven't tried it with a firesteel yet, but I think the spine will be sharp enough to strike one. Micarta is smooth, but has a good grip to it when pressed. Red liners look sharp. Better sheath would get it 4 stars from me. Better sheath and steel would net a 5.

Good knife, terrible sheath

Knife has a very nice heft to it, and a comfortable grip. The kydex sheath that came with it is absolutely useless as it is way too loose to have any retention at all, even after cranking down the screws. For a fixed blade knife having such a poor sheath defeats the purpose of ever carrying this knife.

Terrible Sheath, Falls Out

Knife is sweet! Sheath is less than a 1 star. Comes with a belt clip which is rendered useless due to the knife not having the tiniest sliver of retention. Not even a tinsy bit. Kind of insane they’d send this sheath out. 3rd review of the sheath having no retention at all so not a one off issue. Just a bad buy. Makes sense why this is half the price of the usual knife
