Edc

I wanted a fixed blade small enough for edc, but tough enough for emergencies. The knife is a tremendous value exactly what I was looking for. The sheath is very tight but breaks in eventually. The belt attachment doesn’t seem very robust, but has been fine for the last 4 months. I feel like I got a better knife than I paid for so I don’t care about the sheath.

little tank

great little tank of a knife. Surprisingly comfortable in hand as the G10 is well chamfered along the edges with a nice palm swell decently sharp out of the box .. good retention from the kydex sheath if you like those ( i made my own leather sheath ) and i will say a nice satin finish if you strip the coating like i did (wish they would have just offered it without) basically a small fived medford praetorian without the price tag

Excellent

Just a GREAT alternative to a folder, this tjing really has some heft, D2 so u have some maintenance, but fits perfect and deploys proper in the back pocket, I installed a IWB clip and the rest is history..very impressive

Great Knife, Lousy Sheath/Belt Clip

-1 star for the poorly fitted Kydex sheath and belt clip combo that were provided with this knife. The belt clip is a tek-lok style and the barrel screws that hold the sheath to the clip are very difficult to install. The knife locks into the sheath with a satisfying click and that's where the satisfaction ends. The sheath does not want to give up the knife without a fight. I was worried I was going to cut myself trying to remove it. You will never draw this knife for an emergency in time. Honestly, I don't know why Boker even bothered with the clip. I will be getting a real Tek-Lok system and possibly a leather sheath for different carry scenarios. I plan to work on the Kydex to get it loosened up or maybe even get one custom made. The knife itself is FANTASTIC. It's a tank. It's heavy and fits in the hand well despite its smaller size. I have medium to large hands and it feels just fine. Sharp out of the box and I really like the drop point blade vs the tanto but then again I've never been a fan of tanto shape. Overall worth the money if you purchase knowing the sheath is sub-par and the clip worthless--to me, anyway.

Impressed with knife, not so much with the sheath attachment

My initial impression of the knife itself is very positive. It will fulfill my desire to add a small edged tool to my tactical belt. However, Boker’s belt attachment falls very, very short in my opinion. A flexible slide on piece of some type of polymer that offers many holes, it doesn’t actually offer many alignments with the sheath. And those that do align are limited by length of included threaded fasteners. In addition, the belt width adjustment bar is attached with tiny torx or star fasteners (T-7?) .

Pros: Weight, Blade Material
Cons: Handle Material, Sheath/Scabbard, Finish

Nice knife, Fastneners protrude from Handle, Sheath is a poor design

I like the knife for the thickness giving confidence in cuts with the 3 finger grip, both screws stick out of the handle as the handle bevels back down towards the steel in a way that leaves the edges of the screws exposed. as other reviewers have noted the sheath is of extremely low quality, Hole alignment is negligible, adjustability is difficult and orienting for a quick draw is nearly impossible.
