Very light

Quite good neck knife, it’s so light that you barely notice it. Very sharp, only drawback is you have to be carefull not to break it

Very pleased with this knife

I bought this knife for 3 reasons. First, I wanted something razor sharp. This knife fits that requirement very well. Second, I wanted a small blade that is not menacing like most of my folders. Third, I wanted a completely non metallic knife, because I wanted it on a cruise ship, and to use as a small dive knife. It was never questioned, even when wrapped to my fore arm. I use a length of leather strap to put it around my neck, and as mentioned before, to strap it to my fore arm. The sheath offers very good blade retention, and protection to normal impacts. This knife was bought for the reasons stated above, and has become one of my EDC knives. Have had no problems with the knife in the 9 months I have owned it.

As a knife vendor, I found this to be an excellent product for the cost. Shipping and handling were excellent.

Buyer beware

I purchased this trusting the Boker name and wanting an everyday knife that would keep an edge. I hadn't swapped it out with my current EDC knife yet, and recently pulled it out of the sheath to find the blade had split/fractured. I know that ceramic knives cannot be (mis)handled the way steels can, but the extent of my use was to cut a sales tag off a piece of clothing. It didn't break during use- I suspect it may have been a tiny flaw in the ceramic that the pressure of the sheath exploited. Unfortunately it is now "used" and I don't think that I would trust a manufacturer replacement. On the plus side: The knife is nice & light, and the sheath fits well. The blade was sharp out of the box, with the promise of ceramic durability.
