Great knife.

I like this knife. The sheath and sharpening stone are great compliments that go along with it. It's a sturdy knife, but a bit more handle-heavy than other knives I've used and collected. I don't see it as a problem, though. It's got a great grip, and I really like the colour, too.

Best knife

I bought this knife for general purposes while outdoors. Such as hunting, fishing, camping.......Its a great knife and I am very impressed with it. Some fixed blades are just way too skinny and lack "soundness"...... This is a great knife, very solid and looks good too lol.

Sheaf

The knives appears to be excellent quality and I am very satisfied with them in spite of the tiny little "China" stamped on the blade (I thought they were made in Germany). What I believe lets the Magnum down is the retaining strap which allows the knife to move up and down in the sheaf about 5 centimeters. The strap is not riveted or stitched to the sheaf - try to flick it open with your thumb and it will spin around and locate the clip under the handle .

Spend a little and get a lot

I bought the Magnum Safari because of features and price. When I received the knife I was pleased. It arrived clean and polished with a sharp blade. It is a nice looking knife. It has a good feel to it. Well balanced. I didn't like the sheath at first. It was like it was just thrown together and the tan color didn't match well with the silver and dark handled knife. I think Black would have been sexier. That tiny little word "CHINA" on the underside of the blade was a surprise until I thought about the quality vs price. If you're looking for a cool Bowie, spend a little and get a lot.
