Flawless victory
The wife absolutely loves this knife!
She was concerned about the size (at first) removing the meat from a smoked turkey. That it wouldn’t be agile enough. Then she realized it so sharp, with minimal effort and using just the tip of the knife she had so the meat off the carcass in about 5 minutes. With almost no physical force.
Scalpel sharp doesn’t quite define it!
