Excellent Carving Knife
I use this knife almost daily now for all my carving chores, it fits naturally in your and is very comfortable to use. It slices very easily and is extremely shape right out of the box and so far I haven't had to re-sharpen or steel it yet! I purchased the complete set of Boker Forged Knives because I liked the style and feel of these knives, I only wish is that they made a wood block to store them in instead of the current magnetic style block that they have.
