The best Tactical Pen for the money

This tactical pen is an EDC. It works great after about 2 years of use. I also get compliments on its looks. But what impressed me the most was that it outlasted all my other tactical pens. I owned tactical pens that cost $100+ and a couple of cheap ones and the "Boker Plus MPP Multi-Purpose Tactical Pen" outlasted them all (to be honest I still have one $10 cheap tactical pen that still works). If you want a tactical pen that lasts for years and not months then I'd highly recommend this product.

Love this pen. I wear it on the out side of my pocket and the clip is strong so it never comes lose. I just unscrew it and leave the cap cliped to my pocket and then screw it back on when I'm done. However, the bad, if you tighten the pen to hard, as its a screw-on cap you'll find yourself unscrewing the whole pen like if you were going to change the ink cartridge. Also the glass breaker tip came lose on mine and I almost lost it but its nothing a little super glue cant fix so no big dead. Its also a stylus pen but I find it impractical as only the side with the glass breaker works. You'll find yourself scratching the crap out of your phone/tablet. But if you can look past all that its a cool self defense/writing tool.

Boker Plus MPP after 1 Year

Have had this pen over a year. Everyday carry and use. Only needed one refill. Easy and comfortable to write with and is a great defensive tool. Used it to back off an overly aggressive panhandler that wanted more than I gave him. Poke to the chest with the point ended the situation. Biggest problem is getting it back from people I allow to use it. Very Good and effective Tactical Pen. Would recommend to anyone.

CAN NOT GET A BETTER TACTICAL PEN FOR MORE MONEY

I have the stylus version of the pen. I am amazed at build quality, it has rubber o-rings everywhere a cap or section needs to seal, the threads and machine work are flawless, the metal finish is nice enough for business meetings. The other review notes that if you over tighten the cap it will unscrew the cartridge containment section of the pen. There is little chance of over tightening because there is an o-ring seal and you can easily replace the o-rings. The rubber tip on the stylus end comes off easily and will eventually wear out or could become lost. I hope there are replacement caps for the rubber tip because this pen can last a life time. More expensive tactical pens have no advantage unless you just want a different look or like to waste money.

People need to understand they are buying a pen. Can it be used in the rare chance you are attacked sure but so can a stick or a rock. I bought this because it's the girth of a Sharpie which is a more comfortable fit for me than a skinny bic size pen that most are. Others say you can't refill it but yes you can it's just reverse threaded. This is not a click-click fidget pen but you can roll and spin it off the fingers like any other Kubaton back into a fist grip. I keep it in my off-hand pocket because my knife rides shotgun but like I said keeping aware of your surroundings keeps you safe, not a pen.

Nice, but...

An excellent pen (Fisher Space Pen Refills) and an excellent self defense tool. However, until I unscrewed the cap to use the pen, i learned that the cap DOES NOT "snap" onto the top of the pen. The inability to secure the cap while using the pen (as a pen), means the cap will be lost in short order.

Works but cannot change refil

So far I do kinda like the pen but when I tried to check on changing the ink (refill it) .. I cannot take it apart .. even used pilers and damaged the paint/coating and still cannot take it apart.. guess when ink runs out I'll have to figure something out .
