Beautiful, classic, and great performer
Was looking to replace a few knives in the kitchen and came across the Boker-cottage craft series. Bought this one along with the paring and chef's knives. If you enjoy traditional styled cutlery and appreciate the charming patina that carbon steel take on, then these knives are top class. This carving knife is razor sharp and has a proper grind for a knife that does this kind of work. Very slicy and the point is perfect for getting around bones, etc. Plum wood scales are beautiful and are nicely shaped, giving the knife the organic feel of a handmade tool. Far better than the pictures.
