Best bali FOR THE MONEY - carbon fiber looks great!

This is a great deal on a well designed bali. I was pleasantly surprised - great flipping action, decent balance, and that carbon fiber looks great - under 150 bucks - I'm stoked

I Bought a Kimura 9 Years ago

This thing still swings and feels like it did when I pulled it out of the box. Had it 9 years so far. I’ll write another review if I get to 20.

Best Bali ever for the money

I have owned a lot of butterflies in my day. Mostly pre-benchmade and bench made. I always wondered why there were no quality balis made in this price range. This is a great knife and the price is right. I mostly just wanted to respond to the last review on for this knife talking about a wanting a pocket clip and buying an edc for looks (probably so they could post cute pics on Facebook or Instagram) What an idiot. Only thing I would change on this knife is the scales. I think they're too grippy I wish they were smoother.

Pros: Overall Quality
Cons: Weight, Lock Ease of Use, Handle Material, Pocket Clip

I have an older Bradley Kimura

Mine is all steel and is beat up your knuckles heavy. I'm no great flipper anyway, and just wanted a balisong that looked cool as an EDC. I wasn't paying enough attention when I bought it online, and it arrived without a pocket clip! Spent a fair amount of time searching for an aftermarket clip to no avail. If someone was to manufacture a clip for the Kimura that was easy to install, they'd probably make tens of dollars! I would buy the new iteration if it had a pocket clip. No clip, no scrip!

Cons: Lock Ease of Use, Lock Type

Disappointing!

Out of the box the handles are sprung causing the lock bar to flop around. It's useless not to mention it feels like it is about to fall apart its self. The tolerance of the handles them selves are very loose as well. And if I try tightening the joints at all the knife doesn't want to function properly. All in all this knife feels like a $40 mall kiosk special.
