Beyond the tactics.
This knife is a good one for self defense and the unique blade shape lends itself to accomplish tasks beyond the tactical. The two edges when put into out door camping tasks really complimented each other. It was tremendously comfortable when doing beaver chews, fine feathering, bark removal, and even notching was not a chore. The ring kept the knife secure and once I quickly got the hang of the angles and curvature of this knife I more quickly completed my tent stakes faster than my other picket knives. I have done these tasks with about 10 folders and this was the most comfortable. The smoothness of the flipping action is quality. Deployment is fidget friendly and is fun to work in offensive maneuvers as well as a fun compliment to martial application.

This is a super super smooth, strong, thick, and sharp out the box. Fix big hands great and can be used as a great utility blade.

Almost perfect.
I use the product as an edc knife. I bought it because it was a cheaper alternative to other WAVE feature blades. Compared to other karambits I have, this is the hardest to open via the draw. I ended up using the zip-tie trick. It is a little bulky in the pocket. Lock up feels like a fixed blade just about. So solid, it feels like you could hammer a nail with it. The recurve tanto blade is really nice for almost everything. From thread to boxes and splinters. The blade is decently sharp. I always touch mine up. As for other uses other than cutting..., The point near the tang of the blade is great for acupressure and loosening knots in the legs...
