Amazing knife
This is one helluva knife! I brew beer for a living and thus have to cut open a fair amount of things on a daily basis. I bought this knife because it looked cool and I haven't owned an S35VN blade before. I unboxed it when I received it (just two days after placing the order thanks to KCOTI) and was immediately delighted. The knife comes in a little nylon or vinyl carrying/storage case with a microfiber polishing cloth. Those little extras are always a pleasure to discover. The knife itself is very sharp, and I'm aware the quality of the steel is up there. Perfectly centered, great detent, the handle feels just right, and on top of that the looks could kill alone! It looks and feels like a small knife, but in use it acts every bit like it's a four inch blade. The finger choil is perfect for my hands, and the blade shape lends itself very well to choking up for fine work. I highly recommend this product and I'm sold on Best Tech barring something terrible happens in normal use.
