awesome fillet knife
This is seriously the best fillet knife I have ever seen or used. Although my purpose and use is not for fish primarily. I use it for boning out meat. Perfect blade flexibility for this. Just used it last week for boning out wild turkey breasts and it worked excellent. Will also work extremely well for removing loins from big game and boning out the quarters.
