Buck 663 Elite
One knife to rule them all, at least for general food prep, camping/fishing, and other various purposes. I've had a lot of blades over the years, fixed and folding. This one is purpose built, no frills, and plain; unless you consider premium steel designed for knives a frill. Ok, I received it today and made up a pot of stew. I can tell from the feel, balance, and performance that it will go on many travels in addition to frequent use in the kitchen. Probably not buying another knife soon, sorry.
