This knife came very off center with the blade rubbing one side of the bolster, the tip of the blade looked to have been reprofiled very poorly, and it was completely missing the hammerhead shark on the blade. Not sure what happened to this particular knife but it doesn't look to be (new) or what is shown in the picture. customer service was very good though and they are going to refund me as soon as they receive the knife back. Knife center is usually a great place to order from so I'm assuming this was a QC issue from case and not knife centers fault.
