CASE XX amber bone handle 6375 stockman with chrome vanadium steel
Just recently bought a case xx amber bone handle 6375 stockman with chrome vanadium steel blades and it’s actually now my favorite one to carry constantly all the time haven’t had any chance to sharpen it yet because I actually just started to carry it when I got it in the mail on Thursday the chrome vanadium steel blades is case knives version of the carbon steel blades this isn’t my first case with CV steel but the cv steel blades are definitely really easy to sharpen and require more care as in keeping them oiled as being chrome vanadium steel the blades will darken in color because being carbon steel blades if you don’t want the chrome vanadium steel blades you can get a case stockman with the surgical stainless steel blades and the 6347 is actually one of those models

Bought case xx 6375 on 8/11/22 cv steel amber bone handles
Bought the case xx 6375 amber bone handles stockman with the chrome vanadium steel blades on 8/11/22 and have been carrying it everyday since then and I really like the chrome vanadium steel blades which is case XX version of the carbon steel blades it’s my favorite knife to carry and will definitely be very easy to sharpen using a Norton India combination sharpening stone that’s 8x2x1 and I can normally use the fine side of the stone because I never let them get too dull I sharpen my knife about every three weeks that way they are always sharp.

Lovely pocket knife
Really nice pocket knife, nice weighty feel to it. It will be used every day when it's in my pocket. I have a number of these stockmans and tend to rotate them a bit. Delivery to the UK was only 12 days so not too bad in my opinion. Was cheaper to import it myself than to buy from a shop here in UK Thank you

Case xx 6375 Large Stockman Amber Bone Handles With Chrome Vanadium
Bought my case xx 6375 amber bone handle stockman with chrome vanadium steel blades in September 2022 for 70.00 and have been carrying it and using it since then especially when camping constantly from April till end of October and carry it when mowing constantly all the time in case I need to cut something that is in the way to prevent it from getting tangled up in the mower or weed eater. And also use it to open packages constantly all the time. The chrome vanadium steel blades are definitely easy to keep sharp with a stone as long as you keep it touched up while it is still fairly sharp already. This case xx 6375 is my favorite knife and is in my pocket constantly every day all the time.

Shipping was quick, picked it up at the post office this afternoon, four days after ordering. Wow is this knife beautiful. Fit and finish are excellent. Very sharp, nice "heft". If you have the cash, buy two, one to use, and another as a spare. Money well spent. You will not regret it. Going to save up for another now.

In August 11 2022 I bought a brand new case xx 6375 amber bone handle stockman with the chrome vanadium steel blades that’s a 2021 product model I really like the amber bone handle and the chrome vanadium steel blades the carbon steel blades are my absolute favorite steel blades to use and carry. The chrome vanadium steel blades will definitely get a dark color to them its just the natural makeup of the steel that case uses. Keep it oiled up with 3in1 oil and it will definitely stay looking nice for a while. I use mine as a everyday carry knife and when camping and it’s in my pocket constantly all the time

I really like the look and feel of the amber bone handle. CV blade steel seems to hold an edge well and takes on a wild looking color full patina. Sharpens easily too. I know this because the blades were very dull. Got a great edge now. I have used this knife playing around in the woods, food prep and doing things like opening my son's diaper boxes. A little too big and square to carry in front pocket. I did sand down the corners a little though. I carry it either in cargo pocket or sweatshirt pocket. What I do not like is that it has only two back springs, so the sheeps foot blade is crinked, making it akward to use. Overall a great knife and as usual extremely fast shipping.

Case xx 6375 CV steel
I’ve had many case xx knives over the years but this is my very first case large size stockman I originally bought it new in September 2022 mine is a 2021 production model and it has been my everyday carry since buying it in September 2022 I really like the size of it and the chrome vanadium steel blades which is the carbon steel blades they really hold a edge and are actually very easy to sharpen carbon steel blades take more care but they are my favorite because they get so sharp and hold a edge for a long while depending on what you are using it for and what you are cutting. The best thing to do is keep it touched up that way it stays easier to sharpen. The carbon steel blades remind me so much of the case knife that my grandfather carried during his lifetime. I use mine as a regular every day carry and work knife and use it camping constantly all the time for doing anything from opening boxes to the difficult plastic packaging that most stuff has now days.

Recently purchased one of these knives, unfortunately not from Knife Center which i have found to be a fantastic company to deal with, but from an Australian company which is where i live. If you want a heavy duty work knife this knife is for you. Loved it straight out of the box. Beautiful colored bone handle with a good quality workman like heavy feel about it. Good to carry in a large sheath in the pocket, and with a quick touch up out of the box razor sharp. If you want an every day carry this is probably not for you, get the smaller version, you will not be disappointed.

I carry this knife every day. The edge holding ability of the Chrome Vanadium blades appears to be excellent with the proviso that acidic foods tend to attack the finish and edge much more so than stainless bladed Case knives. The bolsters on this knife have rather sharp corners for a pocket knife and so may be more suitable for a pouch or round off the corners as I did for pocket carry. The springs on my knife are rather strong and require good finger nails to open.

Case xx amber bone handles large stockman
Just recently bought a month ago a case xx amber bone handles 6375 stockman with chrome vanadium steel blades 2021 production model I really like the size of the large stockman and the chrome vanadium steel blades so far I’ve used it a good while now and haven’t had to sharpen it yet and actually can’t wait to get the chance to sharpen it for the very first time. I have several different case xx stockman knives mainly the medium stockman series this is my first large stockman of the case pattern and actually have a second large case stockman on its way only this time it’s a crimson bone handles 6375 stockman with surgical stainless steel blades can’t wait to actually get it and see actually how pretty it actually is.

On October 11,2022 I’ve had my case xx 6375 large stockman amber bone handle with chrome vanadium steel blades two months and I’ve been carrying it everyday since getting it new and it has become my absolute favorite knife to carry constantly all the time I’ve used it multiple times now and have not had to actually sharpen it yet but actually can’t wait to do that here really soon. Case knives are excellent quality and are very well made I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a good everyday carry knife for work or camping constantly all the time for anything from working hunting or camping constantly all the time.

this knife is bigger than I expected which is cool but also heavy. I bought it for my collection but I think it would be to heavy to carry. Love the look and the blades. This knife has a different kind of cool. If you need a big knife for heavy work this would be a good one to carry.

Why I purchased the Case (6375 CV) Amber Large Stockman Knife
Recently I ordered & received the Case 6375 CV Knife. I have been buying Case Knives since my youth. Case Knives are known as one of the best made & reliable of all knives made. The large stockman type appeals to me for the different type blades ( clip,spey,sheepfoot) all in one package. As usual I was pleased with the overall quality of the product, the blades were tight,sharp & opened smoothly & returned to their resting place with good feel. I have never owned a more beautiful/functional pocket knife. I use it on food/carving wood/other random tasks. Because of the CV, it develops a beautiful rainbow patina really quick if used on fruit daily. This knife is very sturdy, has a nice weight to it and is the perfect size if you like to feel your knife being there when you use it. It has three different blade types perfect for different tasks.
