Amazing knife.

Just got this today in the mail. This is a beautiful knife. The bone handle feels terrific in my hand, it's center, and pulls out nice. It came plenty sharp, just looks clean. I really am impressed. Ready to show it off.

The Pictures Do Not Do It Justice

I normally do not buy barlows with shields in them. Traditionally they are not supposed to have them. But most manufacturers today do it. But I wanted a bonestag so much I overlooked it. Mine came perfect with the typical Case lousy sharpening. But I want to put my own edge on a knife most of the time anyways. Mine has no gaps. Blade centered. And the bonestag looks amazing. The photos I see Case and retailers using make them look blah in my opinion. But they can be gorgeous. I think in the last 10 years Case's bonestag has gotten better and better. I love this knife. It is my third favorite barlow behind my 1965-69 red bone and my 1982 delrin. You will like this knife if you like stag. I like that it is a single blade. I prefer them that way. It's light weight and carries easily in the 5th pocket of my jeans. It is one of my most carried knives behind the ones I mentioned. Get one. And I bet when you pull it out of the wrapping you will say, "Oh WOW!"
