Perfect knife for the wife

Case XX Spear Point Paring Knife
My wife and I first found one of these knives in a local hardware store and we were immediately impressed with the shape of the spear point for small cutting jobs while preparing food. Also, the surgical stainless steel is the best we have seen yet. When ordering for a gift I bought two more. Again, a knife that is sharpen able and that holds the edge is what these knives are all about. I have designed and fashioned hunting and fishing knives for myself and others and I know the secrets of a good knife is in the steel.
