Disappointing
This is now only a few months old and used each day to store col conk soap and load the shave brush. It is always washed out after use and left open to dry. There is strong reaction in the pewter that turns the soap dark gray around the sides making a gray sludge that works its way into the soap. It looks great from the outside but is absolutely useless to hold shaving soap if you plan on using it..
