Excellent blade for making a sword cane
Blade received was perfectly straight, flexible and pointy. Edge could’ve been sharper, but this is a rapier. No rust, nice threading and pretty impressive overall. I used mine to make a sword cane. I had no problem cutting the base of the blade to my required size, with a hand rotary tool. Its temper was so good, I was unable to drill into it, but was able to secure it with JB Weld Steel Epoxy Putty and Gorilla glue. I highly recommend this blade and the price it was sold for. Will most likely get another one for if and when I make another.
