it's a knife
It's the elementum II. What can I say that anyone else hasn't said already? I'll sell you one thing. Don't pick your nose with this thing. That's painful. It's a good knife. Buy it. It's very slicey but not dicey.

This is a great edc knife it’s very sharp, lightweight, and has a very nice opening action.

Great!
Overall I love this little guy! Wish it could be a tad thinner but other than that zero complaints. Did notice my unit has 3 different sized screws for some reason. My pivot is a T8, the clip is T6, but the scales use a T9 for some reason. I don’t think it matters just unusual to me is all. Can super sharp out of the box and great smooth action. EXTREMELY happy

Perfect knife?
Well, it certainly is perfect for my brother-in-law! Both of his hands and a few of fingers have been broken throughout his life. This makes blade deployment rather challenging for him with a lot the modern, popular methods in use today. He also struggle with some locking mechanisms. Being able to use a push button to both deploy and lock the blade is truly ideal for his limitations. So usability wise, this knife rules! He things the jade G10 handle scales are gorgeous, which they are, if that color is your sort of thing. The blade is perfect (legal) for conceal carry in my locality. The blade steel is well suited for an EDC, in my experience - very low maintenance, and tough. Civivi continues to showcase their manufacturing expertise with this knife. What's not to like on this knife?! I truly cannot find any faults and can complain about nothing! Do yourself a favor and pick up one of these for yourself, or gift one to someone else! Bravo Civivi, and bravo KCI!

An amazing well behaved knife.
I was more than surprised at how quickly I fell in love with this knife. Its good looks, smooth operation and beautifully simple design made it my favorite in just a few flicks. Right out of the box the flipper worked flawlessly. In fact it seemed to be an extension of my finger. All in all it was better that I had expected. Then came opening it with a push of the button and a flick of the wrist. It closed with ease too. Both movements were buttery smooth. Regardless of price this is one of the finest engineered knives in my collection. You won't be disappointed by the Civivi Elementum II.
