Pros: Ease of Opening, Handle Material, Overall Quality
Cons: None
Great Knife
Overall this is a culmination of Civivi’s greatest hits. Ball bearing pivot, nitro v, that Elementum great edc size, the fantastic Civivi build quality most of us have come to know, and now a button lock. I’ve been happy with my purchase, I’ve carried it the last couple months and it’s a great deep carry light weight edc blade. I’m very late to the Civivi game this is actually my first. Already purchased two more Civivi’s since grabbing this with more in my wish list.

This knifes size lends to easy and discreet deep pocket carry. The blade material is excellent, sharpe right out of the box and holds an edge well.

Pros: Ease of Opening, Pocket Clip, Blade Material
Cons: Lock Ease of Use, Handle Material
Button lock action is disappointing
Love the original Elementum so decided to add the button lock flipper version to my collection. Knife feels solid enough with good action and came pretty sharp. Nitro-V is good blade material at this price point. Only complaint is the button lock itself. After opening the knife the button feels like it is hanging up on something and takes a good amount of effort to depress it initially and makes a noticeable metallic clink. I own a few different button lock knives, including the cogent, and none of them stick like this or make that noise. I took it part and gave a little tune up but nothing made the lock feel or sound any better. Maybe the one I received is just a little off.
