Wow! Slicy, fit and finish are excellent, hand feel is excellent and I got it free! Way beyond delighted with my first Civivi! Looking at another purchase now and will gift the Civivi... maybe! This knife just looks and feels great!

I received this as a freebie with a $149 purchase; I was expecting something that was "okay," but nothing spectcular. Instead, this blew my socks off. This is a fine knife, and well worth its regular aking price. The flipper action is smooth and liquid from the get-go with no break-in required. Truly, all flippers should feel this good. The blade alignment when closed is perfect, and when it is open, there's no wobble. The blade is slicey sharp. I don't know enough about Nitro V steel to comment, thou As for looks, mine is stunner, thanks to deep crimson inlays on the scales. My only beef--and it's a minor one--is weight. At a little over four ounces, it's a jeans knife (at least for me). That said, this is quite a knife. Kudos to Knife Center and Civivi for being so generous.

I have around 50 WE, Civivi and Sencut knives. Consistent quality. This knife surprised me. If it was a WE with high brow materials this would be a $300+ knife. Design, fit and finish are all excellent. The minimal frame lock takes a tad bit more to close but with a quick, easy deployment. I'd always choose a knife with easy opening over closing- just common sense. It looks, feels and has the action of a knife 2-3× the price. Home run.

Really solid framelock offering from Civivi. Slicy blade, full size profile, no hotspots anywhere, and solid steel for the price. Wish Civivi did more framelocks like this. It’s a shame they’ve discontinued it, get one while you can!

Completely agree with the other reviews. I have the black with red inserts. My blade came shaving sharp. KC apparently is closing these out since it was free with a purchase I was making anyway. Good deployment, but not as fast as a spring assist. Great frame lock lockup. Blade is well centered. Fits full sized hands well, I'm exactly between a large and extra large glove size. Ambidextrous pocket clip. Comes ready for right hand tip up carry. Like the other reviews, can't understand why Civivi is dropping it, although retail price is high. Does everything it's designed to do, and really well.
