Nice pen, but the cartridge leaked....
It worked great for a while. I even lost one, and ordered a replacement, it was that good. But then the cartridge leaked, and ruined one shirt. I took it apart, and cleaned it all up with denatured alcohol. It came back together, but the cartridge leaked again. I contacted Knife Center, and they only referred me to Civivi. Civivi offered to replace the cartridge for 5$ shipping cost, 30-60 days from China. It's up to me to clean up the pen (again) and replace the shirt. Not really great customer service, I don't think I'll buy from Knife Center or Civivi again.
