A lot of knife for the money

Pros: Great factory edge, grippy ergonomic handle, great blade shape, good balance & good steel. Feels good in the hand & rides great in my pocket. The KC exclusive is worth the extra $ for the fit & finish. Cons: None

$$ Killer EDC

This KC Special Edition blows most other knives at this price point out of the water. The Micarta alone is worth the $ upgrade. ARMP9 is AWESOME steel for the $$. This has held an edge & been quick to resharpen as an EDC. Fit, feel & finish at under $50 is AMAZING!

Great value knife

My first D2 - Micarta knife and I'm not disappointed. It's very sharp, right out of the box, and has good "flipping" action. The large flat grind blade makes it "a good slicer", as DCA would say. I REALLY like the micarta handle. The shape fits perfectly in my hand and the texture of the micarta is superb. It provides a good grip for sweaty hands in a Texas summer. .

Best Feldspar

If you like the regular feldspar you'll love this one. The burlap scales are top quality and look great. The action is great. The action is excellent. Blade came sharp and perfectly centered. We'll done exclusive by cjrb and knife center.

Great EDC!!

I’ve used this as an EDC for about a month now without sharpening and it still does every task I’ve put it through. The burlap adds a layer of comfort and sophistication.

Upgrade to already excellent knife

The Feldspar is already an excellent knife, but the Burlap Micarta scales really takes it up a notch. It has a great feel in the hand, the detent is perfect and it comes hair shaving sharp. The pivot was a little gritty out of the box, but a quick hit of dry-lube and opening and closing it a few times smoothed it out. The CJRB pocket clip is a tall clip and creates a hot spot in my hand so I switched it out for a Civivi deep carry clip. Problem solved.

great action

light weight, lighter than I expected, handle feels like I need to put my thumb on the spine to firmly grasp it. Very sharp out of the box. would prefer a much lighter colored Micarta so it would take color with use. It's best quality is the action, after awhile Its very satisfying to open, locks sturdy open and closed
