Really love this knife. I'm a cook & use it mostly for opening packaging and other tasks at work that I don't want to use my kitchen knives for. The price is fantastic, IMO. It takes an edge very easily and keeps it long enough if stropped or honed. Action is fairly smooth. Would really like somewhat grippier scales-- some texturing. If an edition comes out with micarta scales, I'll probably buy it. Not saying it's the best knife on the planet, but I enjoy the he** out of it and for the price, it's pretty great.

I was drawn to the Feldspar design as I love the shape. I was pleasantly surprised that the blade was ground relatively thin in comparison to many other budget oriented folding knives. The D2 is solid performer. The blade rides on bearings and fires open beautifully, with a nice solid detent. The only thing that I feel could be improved upon is the pocket clip. The clip is a nice deep carry design, however it sticks out from the handle more than it needs to and can feel like it's in the way at times. The clip is certainly not a deal breaker but worth mentioning. Overall it's a stylish and competent little knife for not a lot of money.
