The micarta corlors are disapointing
The knife himself is good : good size for my small hands, not frightening people where knives are not well seen, perfect blade centering, good detent, good factory sharpening, good titanium clip version (not the cheap clip of the original one), black hardware matching with the overall colors, perfect deep dark blade coating... But i was really disappointed with the handle colors. No black, no red, only dirty light gray/OD green and maroon/burgundy fine lines. I love the compromise soft touch/grip of this kind of micarta, but the colors are definitively not right. I know grey micarta will get patina and get darker while using the knife, but the maroon/burgundy won't get red at all. Same as the other version, the single thumbstud can be hard to activate for bigger hands, but the detent is lighter on this one, so it's not a pain in the a** to open it, and the blade still snaps out.
