A great blade not to be overlooked
I got this to replace an old SOG Flash 2. I previously bought a Camillus CUDA a year or so ago and was really taken back by how good of a knife Camillus made (even though the CUDA does have its own issues the CUDA has been a true workhorse for me), so I seen this knife and bought another Camillus due to the quailty of my previous Camillus product. First impressions in one word is Quality. Camillus looks like they put some thought into this knife (compare to CUDA model). The weight on this knife is very light due to use of the titanium liners (Ive seen specs that says its "blued" titanium, so if they are real titanium liners or not I do not know, they look and feel the part though) and carbon fiber scales. The VG-10 blade is razor sharp out of the box, so sharp you could probably shave with this blade. Pocket clip is nice as well and is made out of same titanium material as the liners. Lock up and blade centering is solid and true. Finally the combo of the carbon fiber and titanium colors and black blade definitely make this knife a beauty to look at. I have seen others use the term "gentlemans folder" and I can agree with this statement as well here. Although dont mistake it for a great EDC blade as well. It really dose well at blurring the lines between the gents folder statement above and EDC categories well. I took off one star, due to that fact that the liner lock is a bit tricky and is very flush with the CF sacles making one handed closing difficult. Also the opening of the blade is not super fast and feels kind of stiff (this may break in a bit better over time and use). Overvall great value for price paid.
