Great knife

Stays sharp for a good while relatively fixed blade which is appreciated. The sheath does not have much of a locking mechanism as far as neck knives go So it might come out of the sheath during any activities such as sports that require jumping but as long as you’re careful it’ll be a great knife

Great little utility knife

What this knife will do: Cut through fishing line like Conan did Thulsa Dooms neck. Open kids toys, Amazon boxes, letters, and frosting packets for toaster strudels like R2-Ginsu. Oh yeah and it will pop off bottle tops fast enough to keep up Frank the Tank on a bender. What this knife won't do: Let you fight anything more hardcore than a toddler. Let me explain to the mall ninjas. It's light weight it won't slash through a shirt let alone denim or a jacket. It is not a frigging push dagger for starters it's single edged. Also, if you punch anything with your finger in thehole you are going to break your finger. The blade isn't long enough to perforate any internal organs of consequence (ok kidneys in the back). Oh oh you'll just stab with your hand not in the hole, cover the blade in fat and blood gripping like that and you'll never retain it. Its a sharp, useful, and $20.

For the price it's not bad. After all you get a neck, boot and if necessary one could use it as an emergency spear point. It's also a good thing that when I bought mine a week ago it was on sale with another 20% off if bought before Midnight. It retailed at around $30 at that time and I would have been a little peaked to look a week later to see it at around $20 with no discount. Of course many of the knives I see for sale are far overpriced. Like $175 for a solid flat one piece neck knife of Lillipution size made of 154CM or 1095 Cro Van. Or laws forbid one of the new super steels that come out about every week now. I mean Humans used sharp edged rocks for cutting for tens of thousands of years.

double edge...please read

A very nice little self-defense knife! The sheath is perfect. The sheath has a metal clip or holes for use with a neck chain. The knife cliks securely into the sheath, and yet, it releases with just a tug of the blade. The hole fits my middle finger perfectly, and allows the blade to be used as a push dagger. Any would-be attacker would have to cut your finger off to remove this blade from your grasp. It's a very short blade (it's not quite 2"), but it's wide. Believe me, NOBODY would want to get punched by a fist that is holding this weapon. The entire knife is made of titanium, so it's very durable. The bottle opener works great too. My only complaint is that the description says it is double-edged. Since this is essentially a type of dagger, one would think this means that both sides of the knife are sharpened from the tip to the hilt. They aren't. Like any regular utility knife, this blade has a single cutting edge. but, the cutting edge is sharpened like a double-edges razor blade, from the top of the knife and the bottom.

First it's bigger than I thought it would be since the neck knife invasion..ie everyone is making one or two ..I have been looking for the perfect one ..this is close not in love but I placed it up in my boots better than most heft is good reach down and pop open a cold one get some looks..I'm not a neck guy hated dog tags and so it's a boot knife not a weapon but a blade if you don't have your knife or lost it..price point is great..did run it through my sharpener holds an edge well..

Slight sheath issues

This little knife makes a handy tool. It's easy to use and access while I'm working. I've had mine for.... I believe a year now almost? The only issue that I've had with the knife is the sheath for it. For whatever reason after locking into place the knife occasionally pops out and either falls out or sits unsecured in the sheath. I've had it pop out a couple of times while jogging/running to different locations. But this only happens on occasion and not frequently. Overall the knife is a handy tool and pretty comfortable to hold, even when being used as a weapon. In and out quick. However the short length of the blade does limit the damage it can do. Unless going to end things in one strike, the blade while yes stabbing the (hopefully) attacker coming in with the force of the punch won't do far too much more than give them a shock and make them think twice. Hopefully it'll be all you need to do, and hopefully a situation for it to be used as a weapon doesn't arise. All in all it's a handy knife and I love it.
