Horrible factory edge
I have liked many Condor products in the past but they have a tendency to put out really bad factory edges. This was no exception. The knife comes with a ridiculously thick grind and is completely useless out of the box. It's as bad as a budget hatchet from a hardware store. You will need a belt sander or some hard work with a file to establish a usable edge geometry. Condor has consistently produced the worst factory edges I've ever seen and they seriously need to work on this.
