Krakatoa everything it is "krack'd" up to be.

I have purchased two of these Krakatoa's a couple of years ago. With minor adjustment, both are smooth opening hard working EDC's and neither have blade wobble with adjustment. The steel is 1095 carbon so if not maintained will rust. For 1095 steel and a one sided handle scale, I think it is a little bit pricey for what it is. But overall, it is a solid reliable knife. I use them routinely in my rotation for EDC and overall I am happy with the purchase and would recommend the knife to those who want a good, moderately priced knife without a whole lot of bells and whistles.

Not a good $10 knife

Just a bad knife from start to finish. Hard to open without loosening screws. Then the blade wobbles. The pocket clip really sucks . It comes upside down for some reason. Tried to move and the screws broke off. I keep it one on the work bench to open boxes.

Waste of $.

Waste isn't something I'm used to saying with Condor. Granted they re not Tops' but for 100 bucks I expect atleast that much knife. Hard to open without adjustment which leave s a WABBLE blade? Nothing fixes this. You choose WABBLE or sore thumb. The locks locked position is over travel. Nothing fixes this. Luckily the lock is thick enough that it isn't much of a concern even with the blade WABBLE. Poor design. Poor construction. Poor execution. However I love the knife. Solid. Sexy. Sharp af. Sliced like butter. Tight clip. Too tight but whatever. By the time i decided I should've gotten my money back I'd used it way too much. Just trust Condor to stick with what they know..hard use obscure fixed blades that rock.
