Beautiful, vicious knife.

What can I say? Great, easily concealable boot knife. Made in the States um, to boot!

Nice sticker

Nice boot knife, well built functional knife and sheath; great backup. The flat construction of the knife facilitates covert carry well but fits my hand nicely, comfortably. Blade shape definitely pokey, penetrative, but capable of a good slice. Decent sized blade; not too big, not too small. Really appreciate the finger choils, definitely aide in handling and extraction. Quality blade at a great price. Oh, looks good too!

An excellent budget knife

While this knife is might be a bit big for being a boot knife or a pocket fixed blade, this knife absolutely feels like it wants to be thrown. I haven't had the chance to try it, but I would imagine it would throw quite well. While there are a couple nitpicks, I can't reasonably complain about anything for the price of the knife. If I had to list the nitpicks, there'd be two of them. The sheath is good (honestly, it's better than some leather sheaths on other knifes I own), but I think a Kydex or some other plastic sheath would likely suit this knife better, though I'm not sure if that would be more expensive to manufacture or not. The full-tang construction is excellent, but the tang that makes up the outline of the handle could stand to be crowned a bit. It's not painfully sharp or anything, but I could see it causing some hot spots after extended use. All that being said, I would consider these to be legitimate complaints IF this knife was $100+. But with a price point of just under $60? These are simply nitpicks of stuff that would take this knife from 95/100 points to 100/100 points.

CRKT Knives

Bought these for back-up, close quarters, self defense when my conceal carry might be to dangerous to use.

Singular Purposr Blade

Picked this little fellow up as backup boot knife for which it is quite adept. Trouble is the sheath supplied is a bit too soft for the blade & it pushed right through the leather on first installation. I ended up squirting some hard nylon into the sheath to give the blade a 'button' to rest against. Outrageously sharp & definitely takes some handling to get used to. The very thin scales conceal easily but are difficult to find a optimum grip position & you'll slide onto the blade. Band-Aids not included but highly recommended...
