Pros: Weight, Handle Material, Overall Quality, Blade Material, Materials, Finish, Blade Sharpness
Cons: Sheath/Scabbard

Great knife, why the sheath?

Knife itself is wonderful, came sharp enough to shave with. Excellent fit and finish. I wish they included the molded plastic sheath instead. This leather sheath is nice but this is a neck knife. Now you have to train to pop a button to get it out. Not that big of a deal, but still. Like the video said, the loop is coming off for sure. Kinda dumb.

Great Utility Knife

I concur with the reviewer who noted this knife would be made more complete with a kydex sheath. I'm having one made. Please note this comment does not diminish my opinion of this knife. It has served me well as my go-to knife for most simple tasks. I also carry a White River FC5 knife, so the CRKT (my "Cricket") sees cordage duty, food preps and basic cutting tasks that do not require a larger blade. I have also dug a 2" cactus spine out of my hand. Yeah. Self surgery, but nothing extreme. Stuff happens in the desert. The knife earns a "5" rating, the sheath "4."
