Wonderful pocket blade, way better than expected

I love, love, love this knife! Lightweight, easy to operate, solid construction/fit/finish, sharp out of the box, good value for the money, and (most importantly) multi-manipulation handling capabilities for the widest range of work tasks possible. Boy does this folder deliver. No matter what the task I need it to do I can comfortably and safely find a holding position on the blade just like my primary workhorse EDCs, from regular grip, to pinching/choking up with the functional choil for fine slicing, to choking back on handle for some very light chopping, to reverse grip for pull-cutting, this thing is capable and comfortable. Not the best choice for side-to-side heavy prying action, but that's what fixed blades are for. All-day carrying is a breeze, with easy smooth deployment action. Highly recommended light-duty pocket folder.

Folks! We have a winner!

Wow, I sure do love this snappy flipper. I've been searching for a while for the perfect EDC knife to fit into my rotation, and I finally found it. At first it seemed small, possibly because of how light it is. But deployed, it's perfect for my big hands. The blade is sleek, super sharp, and very stabby, The grips are perfect as well, with a clean look and cool texture. This is my second CRKT knife, and I'm a fan now.

Great buy

I've used this knife heavily. I've cut cardboard and nylon straps for 12hrs, and blade still has great edge. Couple strops and she's good as new. Great knife and a better buy. I think I'll get an extra one. Found nothing negative about it.

I was surprised to see this knife on sale so I bought two. On the good side... this knife is both small and large at the same time. Its slender and light weight but it feels like its more knife than it really is. Sharp out of the box, nice smooth action, well done for an economy knife. This is now in my EDC rotation. The down side - this kife comes with a liner lock and, maybe it's just me, but I don't like liner locks. The inner tab of the liner that moves to engauge the back of the blade doesn't make it to the middle of the blade. If you look carefully the liner tab is bearing on the left edge and it looks like its only 90% engauged. A button lock would be ideal, automatic opening would make iot perfect.

Pleasantly surprised

Was a little stiff out of the box, but having never seen one of these in person I was worried if it would be too wide, too tall, crappy belt clip, etc. and I pleasantly surprised. Minimalist body to the handle of the knife which perfectly suits my needs, smooth open action, a little sluggish in my opinion, but smooth. I would love to see a slightly larger 4" model just scaled up from its current size.

The LCK+ makes a great discreet carry knife.

I'm pleasently surprised with the quality of the LCK+ for the price. Very sharp out of the box. The Spring assist is very smooth opening and closing. I normally carry larger knives like my Clever Girl but for more discreet occasions the LCK+ is perfect. Matthew Lerch created a great design.

I'd Give It 5 Stars, But It's Made In China

I went against my policy of buying anything made in China because I was drawn to the looks of this one. It is sleek, opens briskly, and smoothly. The blade is hair popping sharp. It is a little on the small side, a little hard to remove from a pocket. For the price, buy one! It is cool!

Nicely done!

Was looking for assisted opener in this size range and decided to give it a try. Sharp out of the box, both tip and edge. Stabbed and sliced 20# bond with no trouble. Flipper seems really stiff to me. I wanted something a little easier to activate. Arthritis in my hands is making it hard to deal with thumb studs. I'm hoping this knife will loosen up with use, and lubrication. Pocket clip was way too tight. Had a rough time removing it from my pocket so I adjusted the bend to relieve some pressure. Better now, but still carries a bit high. A deep carry clip option would be nice. Handle seems a little thick, but not bad. The material used, G10?, is great for grip. No problems there. I'd rate this a good deal for the money. The design is beautiful. The lines of the design really come together when it's open. It's mighty nice to look at! As far as comments about China... There is some really good stuff coming out of China. Lots of big name makers have contracted to have blades made or partly made in China with excellent results including some higher priced items. Ya' gotta handle it to make a quality call; can't just run off manufacturing source statements.
