The Cream of the Crop

Yes, it's expensive, but if you are a knife user/nut, you will have to experience it once in your lifetime. This is my first, a left-handed Umnumzaan, and I absolutely love it. Not only the superb fit and finish, but when you cut things it becomes apparent that the quality is top notch. The only problem: I wish I bought it sooner.

Perfection!

The Umnumzaan has earned a reputation as one of the best pieces ever put out by CRK for a reason. It is amazing. The materials, the build quality, the action and Lockup, every single aspect of this piece screams quality. Out of the box the action is stiff as are most CRK models but after the initial "break-in" phase, it is buttery smooth. Definitely an heirloom quality piece while still being able to be a daily workhorse capable of handling just about any task thrown it's way. Overall, it is a definite winner. Great job!
