Great knife

Finally got my hands on cold steel fillet knife!! absolutely love it !! great handle flexibility is awesome keeps a sharp edge longer and easily sharpened. Wish they made one that was partially serrated for cutting up bait.

Incredible value!

I use this knife for cutting bread dough and it works perfectly. I start the day with 2 passes through A handheld sharpener and the knife is good to go for 6-8 hours. I’ve purchased German blades for triple the price that don’t work as well.
