Excellent knife

The black talon 2 is an excellent knife it is light although it's a big knife. It is very well balanced and great for work and a great edc. It is very durable and opens easily. It is a great knife, especially for edc. It is not too heavy although it's a big knife. Great for all sorts of work, and is extremely strong.

Scary Sharp

Lightweight, scary-sharp right out of the box, lightening fast opening. Only one better EDC/Tactical, and that’s the Cold Steel Black Talon II w/serrated edge. (On order)

Very smooth!

Just received this yesterday. The action is silly smooth out of the box. Super flat profile in the pocket and lighter than anticipated. Wicked edge. Very pleased. I'd like to again thank the good folks at Knifecenter for doing it right!

Awesome knife

I got this knife a while ago and out of all my knives this gets the most pocket time. Although it is a big knife it is not all that heavy and is very tough and durable. It opens up very smoothly and is extremely sharp. The handle feels amazing and is great for all sized hands.

Best knife ive ever owned out of 100s

I own a ton of knives from 25 buck folders to 800 customs.I used to be in the knife business as Hammerhead Tactical Knives. I own 30 Cold steel knives and this one is the smoothest and sharpest Ive ever owned. It opens and closes like silk and the edge is scary sharp. I brushed against it wo even feeling it and it cut me. The abolute best knife I own over spyderco, crawford, crkt, lotar emerson and everything else ive spent money on. Its a specialized blade youll have to learn how to stab etc with but its worth twice the money.

CS Black Talon

Use for a few cutting task, but really purchased for self defense purpose. Carry everyday. Comfortable in the pocket, but hard to get out of baggy jeans, need to tweak the pocket clip a little bit for this. I like it better than the Spyderco civilian. I own lots of very expensive knives, and this is just as good of quality as they are, for a much cheaper price.

Wicked Sharp

Got mine in the mail the other day and so far I’m loving it. The blade is wickedly sharp and just glides through whatever is put in front of it. Be careful of your fingers when closing. My only gripe, and it’s a small one, is that at the base of my blade it came with four little chips or dents (hard to tell), but I can see/feel them. Those aside, this knife is so far a welcome addition to my collection.
