Excellent Knife!!
I am 71 years young and I have been carrying EDC knives since I was 8. I own several Cold Steel knives, so I am not stranger to their products. I have admired the Voyager series for a long time but it has only been since I bought my grandson the XL Tanto Voyager that I really began to see what a terrific knife it is. He has ABUSED that knife beyond the legal limits, (LOL!) and has been working pouring concrete for about 6 years now. Basically cutting and stabbing at everything that is concrete and steel coated keeps him bringing it back to me for resharpening. (Yes, I know he needs to learn but I like his company!) Due to his sweat and concrete dust the handle is now nearly Flat Dark Earth in Color! So watching the toughness of his knife made me a convert as well. I LOVE the AUS10 steel, the Aluminum liners and the Triad lock. AND, they give you (2) pocket clips, just in case. CS pocket clips ALWAYS need adjusting the, "Mouth" up wider and it almost required if you wear anything thicker that office slacks.(And YES, you will need to smooth the Grivex points under the clip to keep from tearing up your pocket edge. The knife opens remarkably easy, but the Triad lock needs breaking in for closing. None of this detracts from the excellent quality of the knife, I can guarantee you it will become one of the toughest, strongest and most favorite knives to carry!
