Knifecenter does it again

I received my Voyager Tanto model 5.5 inch blade, lock up good, blade sharpness good, lock stick non-existent, fit and finish excellent, this will be going into my daily rotation, I got it on sale but the sale is over, knife center the best place to buy your knives

Gotta love a BIG knife!!

For the $$$ you can’t beat this! It is a BIG knife, just be aware of this before you buy! I sometimes help a friend in the tree business. As he climbs, I take pics and videos. I use this to sometimes clear the area where I set up my camera equipment. I tried using a machete but it was too much for the few times I have to clear the area. This works great on Carolina Razor Vine. I also teach the martial arts and have used this with students in teaching Tanto Jutsu (I also use the Cold Steel Master Tanto I bought years ago). I have cut small tatame and teach my students the importance of maintaining proper blade angle, using this knife. The only thing I would change is that I would, and will, dremel the area around where the clip pinches my pants because it is difficult to place and remove the knife from my pocket. It tends to wear on the pants pocket lip. I only wish that I had been aware that here in VA even though I have a CCW, I cannot carry this concealed.

Excellent Tanto Big Blade

Great utility blade. I like the long straight pull of the belly. Opens smooth and quick with a flick. Lock is super stable and no play in the blade. Pointy tip but not fragile. Hair shaving sharp as all of my Cold Steel knives have came. Handle has aluminum liners for extra strength with no weight penalty. I love this knife. Excellent Carpenter steel really holds an edge. Sharpens quick with a Gatco MCS keychain and a couple strokes on the blade steel in between sharpenings. The pocket clip is a bit short though.

Confident

I am extremely confident carrying this knife, even more than my firearm! Goes everywhere with me. It can do any task. Sure the hollow grind isnt as typically prefferable as a flat grind, but hollow smokes it comes sharp. The tip IS flat ground and that will STAB / THRUST better than any voyager series knife. It is an impressive and serious knife. I love mine, Im getting the drop point next althought thats 50% more expensive O.o get this one its the best $ value first for the handle to see if you like it etc. Knife flips/flicks open under its own mass, very nice. Also light for its size

So mad from fedex procedures

I just bought the voyager but I get mad because fedex opened the knife and they dnt fold it back and take the protection pack away !!!! that was so rude honestly and disrespectful action from them. The knife edge angles wasn’t balanced!!!! The edge get different angles and it was unprofessionally sharpening honestly, but at least it was so sharp.
