I needed a cane I could actually use. This cane definitely fits that bill, it is made very sturdy and looks great.

Damn good...
A LOT heavier than the slim stick as ONE unit, but split them with one in both hands, and it is like you have two slim sticks - only one has a deadly sharp point that can go through a human body like BUTTER, and the other stout enough to block most things. Taken as a single unit, I feel like it is more than a match for a baseball bat (my personal standard for close quarters weapons - and one of the ones you are most likely to encounter). With that pistol grip on top it hits harder and faster than a baseball bat. It can block a bat and moves faster so what's not to love. And using the shaft as a parrying weapon while circling with that deadly point to strike anywhere - who would want to face THAT? Also, an EXCELLENT cane that really has no rattle and looks great.....
