Cold Steel Small Sword

The Cold Steel Small Sword is very similar to a rapier. With that in mind, it had the limitations of a sword of this kind. For what it is, it is a fantastic sword. It goes through cardboard boxes like a hot knife through butter. I have had no problems with it, but I have seen some reviews saying that the wire handle can unravel over time. Based on my sword, however, I do not think that this is likely. Another point to note --- only about 2 inches of the sword is sharpened ( basically, the point ). You could, if you desired sharpen the whole edge, but I chose not to. All in all, this sword is a deadly, pointy sword, and I am very pleased with it.

Cool Sword

Another great Cold Steel product! This sword, as interpreted by CS, recreates the small sword style nicely. I like the attractive design, polish, and sturdy construction in addition to the stiff blade ending in a deadly point. This sticker is great against cardboard and melons and allows anyone to practice their point strikes. It's easily handled by folks of any size.
