Great tomahawk!

This is one of those things that far exceed the value at which it is sold at. The War Hawk is an excellent deal for what you get from a tomahawk. There are far more expensive ones but this one is fantastic for the money. Cold Steel has hit this one out of the park.

Very sharp and excellent for yard tasks

I'm using this to clear out some stubborn vines that are too thick for vine cutters. These are so thick that it's easiest to chop them down at the base and then let them die. This also is used to remove ivy that has been attached to a tree for years and years. I remove a two-foot section of the vine near the base of the tree and return in six months to pull the remnants from the tree. This tomahawk is incredibly sharp and well balanced. It's not heavy, and the handle is the right amount of thickness to allow you to grip it securely. I haven't had a need to use the spike end.

AWESOME WARHAWK!

seeing as there was really no reviews ANYWHERE on this thing I didn't know what to expect till it came in the mail and I was amazed! The hawk itself was very sharp out of the box and the tanto style tip on the end of this vicious spike was sharp as well! Haven't gotten to hunt with it yet but the way it feels when you choke up on the hawk I will have no problem skinning and cleaning with it another awesome purchase from Cold Steel

Very cool

I am ready for the zombie Apocalypse!! This is a bad motor scooter. Great for camping yard work the more gnarly parts of cleaning game. Its there for man. Pros- price and construction! Thing about this is you can get a good two handed swing with this hawk and its not awkward. Cons Nothing! Just a great tool /wallhanger

Awesome Hawk

Another Cold Steel product I've wanted for a while now and finally got one. More of a small axe than a tomahawk. Came sharp out of the box and I've used the spike to chop through two inch thick ice. Great for throwing around as well, the handle is pretty tough and super easy to replace if broken (haven't broken mine yet). Only complaint is the handle can be slick but easily fixed.
