Multi use
Useful as a short baton for strikes, punches and hammer blows. Good fit for larger hands too but the most useful feature is as a reiki/pressure massage tool. The rounded ends exert pressure across the muscle to ease aches, and rolling the koga on legs or getting someone to do so on your back (while digging into the shoulder muscles with the blunt ends) really eases those knots. Rolling on soles of the feet and running the rounded head along the sides and upper foot helps ease tension and pain after a long day standing or walking. Great tool that can easily be passed off as a massage aid if queried.
