Versatile and fun training tool
After cross-shopping various sticks and batons, I'm glad I settled on this one. It neatly avoids potential legal issues for my area, and costs less than most alternatives. At the time of this writing, the wakizashi also does NOT incur the oversize shipping rate. Nice. Got this as more of a general purpose, heavy duty stick. It whips out blunt force at high speed without the risk of snapping in two. It also has the ideal length and weight to be used with one hand. I value this as more of a basic defense tool that is intuitive and accessible to all family members. Not everyone uses these for training, but now we are one step closer if we want to go down that road.
