Full discolsure...I'm not useing these sheaths on Norse Hawks. You know the Chinese packing crate tools with the rubber handles, that are sold as utility tools or pack axes? That's what I'm doing with these really well made sheaths. I bought three of those things as emergency tools for my vehicles, and I really like them. Chop, pry or hammer,they do it all. No scabbard, though, and the ax blade sharpens up like a razor. Not really the tool you want banging around in your gear without protection...both of the edge, and your other gear. if you own one of these super handy little tools, do yourself a favor and snag one of these five dollar sheaths!
