(1)if you follow the directions it is very easy to resurfase the wheel i use a 3/4"artist brush to apply the glue not as messey and a pen to roll the wheel in the grit (2)you can buy the kits for it don't have throw the wheel away like lot of other things you buy (3)after you resurface it it chips out on the wheel
