Very nice little paring knife
I was looking for a quaity paring knife that would give me more room for my finger knockles when using it on a cutting board, that's how I finally discovered this little knife. Of course I was looking for something a certain quality that would bring me joy for many years to come, with a knife retention so that I wouldn't have to sharp every week. So on paper and picture this Yaxell made knife had everything I needed. It is only when I received it in the post and started to use it that I truly discovered how great this knife is and feels. I like its weight balance a lot and of course it's somewhat higher use (thanks to the larger blade for a paring knife) is a real blast. It is my first Yaxell knife and it won't be my last. I won't say it is the most beautiful paring knife of the vast bunch on the market, but it is certainly looks ok, the real magic happens when using it and of course it's build quality. To me this is a 5/5
