Pros: Ease of Opening, Handle Material, Blade Material, Overall Quality
Cons: Weight, Handle Feel
Based on my experiences, your money is better spent elsewhere...
DSK Tactical knives are big, beefy, "overbuilt" looking knives that suffer the misfortune of running on mass-produced, generic, and generally weak/underperforming ball-bearing pivots... Because of the maker's choice in chasing after the mostly empty pleasure of flickable, "drop shut" action (like so many other makers these days), these tough-looking knives ultimately fall short of being the bomb-proof, handle-anything-you-can-throw-at-it knives that you would think they are. The ball-bearing pivots ultimately being vulnerable to dirty conditions, corrosion, can handle less lateral stress, and need to be maintained much more than a knife running on washers. I find this to be a serious shame because being a veteran owned and run business, I want to see these knives sell well and I want to see DSK Tactical thrive in this market place. I want to see his knives actually designed for and capable if handling the hard use (or even deployment) that you'd think these knives can handle. All that being said, I think your money could be spent in better ways...
